Installation Instructions

  1. Insert the stud bolts into the T-nuts located in the plastic bar on the underside of the backrest cushion.

  2. Place the backrest into the base and secure it with washers and wing nuts from inside the seat base.

  3. Align the hinges on the seat cushion with the mounting inserts located on the front of the base.

  4. Secure the seat cushion to the base using bolts. Hinges can be adjusted left/right and up/down for proper alignment.
