Assembly Instructions

  1. Insert stud bolts into T-nuts located in the black plastic bar on the bottom of the backrest cushion

  2. Place the backrest into position and secure with washers and wing nuts from inside the base

  3. Align seat cushion hinges with base inserts

  4. Secure using 1/2" bolts and adjust as needed for proper alignment
